Okay I'm really trying not to make this into a Mizuki Nana rambling journal. But well. It's my fangirling journal anyway so it doesn't make too much of a difference, does it? 8D

But this!

This was an audience shot during Mizuki Nana's performance at Kouhaku, and they gave out blue light sticks to the audience. *____* So beautiful.

The circled area is a really enthu person waving two light sticks near the front row! LOL. S/he was waving it really hard and high and to the beat like a real otaku, and unlike the rest of the audience. 8D So cute. I want to know who s/he isssssss!!! Because these people aren't fans at all; some are Japanese TV personalities and such. I spotted Shirota Yuu in the audience, lol! Now I'm waiting for the fricking huge torrent to finish downloading so I can confirm the identity of the mysterious light-stick-waving person!

BTW, they gave out sunflowers to the audience to wave around during Yusuke's performance. 8DD Also, I saw this man who was sitting near the aisle looking really bored when the enka singer Nakamura Mitsuko walked down the aisle towards the stage, while a woman in her 50s sitting next to the man reached across to touch Nakamura Mitsuko's kimono! LOL. Total fangirl moment there. The woman was so giggly after she groped touched Nakamura Mitsuko('s kimono). 8DDD

I shall try to screencap those wtf!glorymoments after I finish downloading the thing. :**

Oh, BTW, Happy New Year!

I was supposed to post this earlier but I was so zombie-fied that I was not able to finish answering the questions. I reviewed my answers and decided to edit them because there were also a lot of notables that I did not add. Thank you for my habit of saving old text messages that I got ideas of which things I did leave out. So here's my review of that year that was and my ushering of year MMX.

Happy New Year, everyone. From me who is still working, sleepy, disoriented but thankfully, not grumpy. Thank you, power nap (even I had an hour OB) and lots of soda powaa (okay, don't panic...this is not sugar and caffeine rush. Yet. I'm somewhere in between hyperavctivity and sober quick thinking). And yes, seeing the sunrise cheers me up tremendously.

2009 had been very momentous and memorable in so many ways. Although a number of notables had gone ahead of us, tragedies and appalling events that peppered the year liberally, it had been a great year. Personally, this year was the most growing time for me since it made me realize many good things about myself and the world in general. Thank you to my family, my friends: my waifus,  my co-workers who had listened and gave me words of wisdom in the times I needed a good bapping and shared my days this 2009. Thank you also for my new family at Chat and Email, my new friends I met along the way. Thank you for making my life so meaningful.

A meme from Neko I  ripped off also way back last year.

Here is to the year that was! )

P.S. : WTH. My journal messed up and only saved half of my cut. Orz.

I don't understand why after all the hype, the first day of the year became downright gloomy. =_= I hope it won't reflect this year.

Off to bed.

I think sometimes I don't belong in this world.

Seriously. I've been taught all my life not to lie. It has been ingrained into my very being. And when I lied, I always ate the consequences.

Now in the work place. I'm expected to lie. "It's just a little fib." "It doesn't hurt anything."

I've fought him on it for over a year now. Well. I give up. He wins. I'll lie to every customer that calls all for the sake of "free advertising" and "making money." God forbid we have morals.

If it's no big deal. Why do I want to cry now? It's just too messed up.
